2021 Election

Election Notice

Notice is hereby given that the year 2021 is an election year for Mayor and (2) four-year Council positions which will begin on the first Monday of January in 2022. If there are a sufficient number of candidates, a Primary Election will be held August 10, 2021. A candidate must be a US citizen, at least 18 years old, a registered voter, and a resident of Oak City Town for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the November 2, 2021 or reside in an annexed area.

A Declaration of Candidacy must be filed with the Oak City Town Clerk in my home office, located at 270 West 100 North Oak City, Utah between June 1 and June 7, 2021.

Potential candidates are hereby advised that an ordinance is in force that requires compliance with Campaign Finance Disclosure requirements throughout the election process.
